Suntory will release a limited quantity of “The Premium Malt’s Japanese Ale White Ale” nationwide from May 23, 2023 (Tue). The “The Premium Malt’s Japanese Ale” series has a “fruity taste and refreshing aroma” that suits the Japanese palate. It is achieved by combining carefully selected ingredients, Suntory’s unique top-fermenting yeast, and the expertise of their brewers. In addition, the “Fragrant Ale,” which was renewed in February of this year, has evolved to produce an even more vibrant “fresh aroma” by using some “polished diamond malt.” Sales from January to March 2023 were up 131% compared to the previous year, which has been well-received.
This time, a limited quantity of “White Ale” brewed with ale yeast and partially using wheat malt as a seasonal Japanese Ale will be released. Enjoy the refreshing aroma and gentle mouthfeel of “The Premium Malt’s Japanese Ale White Ale.”
The contents of the package have achieved a soft mouthfeel by partially using wheat malt in addition to “polished diamond malt.” In addition, a refreshing aroma suitable for early summer has been achieved by bringing out the characteristics of European aroma hops and fermenting them with ale yeast.
The package design follows that of “The Premium Malt’s Japanese Ale Fragrant Ale,” adopting the phrase “JAPANESE ALE” in the logo to emphasize that it is a limited product in the “Japanese Ale” series.
