The 6th “Taiwan Festa 2023 Enjoy! TAIWAN” will be held on July 28th (Fri), 29th (Sat), and 30th (Sun) at the Yoyogi Park Outdoor Music Hall in Tokyo.
Japan’s Largest Taiwanese Event, “Taiwan Festa.”
The “Taiwan Festa” is the largest Taiwanese event in Japan, where visitors can enjoy various Taiwanese cultures. In 2023, under the theme of “Enjoy! TAIWAN,” the event will offer authentic Taiwanese cuisine that has been popular every year and different content that will make visitors feel like they are experiencing a Taiwanese summer festival.

As for the cuisine, the event will offer a wide range of popular Taiwanese dishes, including lu rou fan (braised pork rice), xiao long bao (soup dumplings), and daikon cake. In addition, the event will also serve classic Taiwanese breakfast dishes such as soy milk (doujiang) and egg pancake (danbing).
Visitors can enjoy the “night market” atmosphere among the red lanterns.
In addition, during the morning hours, there will be an event called “Taiwan Festa Exercise,” an arrangement of national gymnastics taught to Taiwanese elementary school students. In the evening, visitors can experience the dances of Taiwan’s indigenous people. Finally, visitors can enjoy the “night market” atmosphere among the countless red lanterns as it gets darker.
