Oriental Land raises wages by an average of 7% from April 2023 [Tokyo Disney Resort]

Oriental Land, which operates Tokyo Disney Resort, announced on January 30 that it would raise the wages of its employees, including part-time workers, by an average of about 7%. From April 1.

The starting salary for new employees who graduated from university or graduate school in 2023 will be 238,000 yen, an increase of 20,000 yen from the previous year. In addition, hourly wages for part-time workers will increase by 80 yen.

“This is to ensure the stability of our employees’ work and to enable each individual to play an active role,” the company said.
