HUGE Co., Ltd., which operates 32 restaurants across Japan, including Tokyo, Yokohama, Kyoto, and Okinawa, is opening its first restaurant in Kyushu called “The CRAFT Bar and Grill” on June 8, 2023 (Thursday). The location of the restaurant will be on the first floor of Fukuoka Daimyo Garden City.
HUGE is known for creating various food cultures such as Spanish, Italian, and Modern Mexican, and now they are introducing their “New American” style of cuisine at their first Kyushu location. The restaurant will fully utilize Kyushu’s abundant and attractive local ingredients to offer a new “New American” experience.
The new location at Fukuoka Daimyo Garden City, a new landmark in Fukuoka, will have terrace seats overlooking a lush green garden. “The CRAFT Bar and Grill” aims to provide a unique and luxurious dining experience that elevates everyday life.
The restaurant will emphasize the importance of the process and technique in creating their dishes rather than mass production. They will offer craft beer made at NUMBER NINE BREWERY in Minato Mirai and single-origin coffee made with carefully handpicked beans. The restaurant takes pride in its careful selection of ingredients. It incorporates the principles of no MSG, zero trans fat, non-GMO, and natural salt and organic sugar into its cooking process to provide delicious and healthy dishes that everyone can enjoy, regardless of age.
“The CRAFT Bar and Grill” will serve classic American dishes such as hamburgers, sandwiches, and fried chicken, updated with the unique ingredients of Kyushu and prepared with wood-fired cooking.
